Current implementations of the C library, Mbed TLS, are not thread-safe, but Rust crates are expected to be thread-safe, so we add a global read/write lock; psa_crypto functions that use keys obtain an appropriate lock. Signed-off-by: Edmund Grimley Evans <[email protected]>
